We have updated DoMemo to version 3.0, which features a redesigned data structure and significant code optimizations compared to version 2.x. DoMemo 3.0 no longer supports Markdown by default, opting for a new text & graphics layout mechanism that has greatly improved performance. If you require the Markdown feature from version 2.x, you can enable it in the settings by activating the “Markdown & Recording” function. If this feature is not enabled, you will receive reminders about format conversions when editing old notes with images or recordings. - Note: For syncing between multiple devices, it is crucial that all apps are upgraded to version 3.x or above. After version 3.0, deleting a note will first be marked for deletion (for more robust syncing), and physical deletion will be done later on. - New feature: Added a “Categories/Directory” function that can be enabled in settings, one of important features of version 3.0. - Adjustment: Moved the buttons for tags and document-links from above the note cell to the corresponding context menu. - Enhancement: Enhanced iCloud syncing functionalities and added more reminders about data security backup to the interface. - Adjustment: Changed the settings interface to a menu style to make operations quicker. - Bug fix: When restoring a historical version of a note, it may be overwritten by a relatively newer document on the iCloud Drive. - Bug fix: Images display normally within notes, but when clicked for individual viewing, the position may rotate (if the shot was taken from a rotated position). - Bug fix: Notification bar on the left does not show during the process of navigating to a specified note on the desktop edition. - Bug fix: Keywords in titles are not highlighted during searches. - Bug fix: Removed a 5-pixel gap at the bottom in timeline mode. - Bug fix: In some lower versions of operating systems, the sidebar list background remains black consistently. - Adjustment: On the mobile end, long-press the bottom-right button to directly create a new note. |
